Marketing or promotional SMS messaging is not currently active, and Pura Research Labs LLC does not currently collect marketing SMS consent through account registration or any other current sign-up flow.

Pura Research Labs LLC does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or any SMS/text messaging data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If Pura Research Labs LLC activates a marketing SMS program in the future, appropriate consent will be obtained before sending marketing messages, and message frequency, message and data rate, and opt-out (STOP) / help (HELP) information will be provided at that time.

4. Marketing SMS Consent

Marketing SMS consent is not currently collected through account registration or any other current sign-up flow. If Pura Research Labs LLC. introduces marketing SMS messaging in the future, consent will be collected through a separate, clear affirmative opt-in mechanism, unchecked by default, separate from acceptance of this Privacy Policy or our Terms & Conditions, and not a condition of purchase.

5. No Sharing of SMS Consent or Mobile Information for Marketing
