1. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $15.00 per order.

2. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $250.

3. Local Pickup

Local Pickup is a separate fulfillment method available for eligible addresses. Local Pickup carries no shipping charge where available. Local Pickup is not the same as, and is not described as, "Free Shipping."

4. Shipping Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Processing times, estimated ship dates, carrier transit times, and delivery estimates shown on our website or in order communications are estimates only. They are not guarantees of same-day shipment, a specific carrier delivery date, or a specific arrival date. Actual timing depends on payment confirmation, inventory availability, order review and processing, and carrier acceptance and performance, among other factors.

5. Delivery Information and Carrier Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and should review shipping details before submitting an order. Pura Research Labs LLC. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
