If you believe Pura Research Labs LLC. made a fulfillment or payment error — for example, an incorrect item was shipped, an item was missing, an item arrived with verified shipping damage, a payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly, Pura canceled an accepted order, or Pura was unable to fulfill an accepted order — contact support promptly with your order information. Pura Research Labs LLC. will review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law or appropriate to correct Pura's verified error.

Claims involving a damaged shipment, missing item, or incorrect item should be reported to Pura Research Labs LLC. within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits any remedy required by applicable law.

4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may generally only be canceled before payment has been confirmed and before fulfillment has progressed. Once an order's payment has been confirmed, or the order has begun fulfillment (for example, once it has shipped or been prepared for pickup), it can no longer be canceled through our normal cancellation process.
