SMS Terms & Consent

Pura Research Labs LLC ("Pura Research Labs," "we," "our," or "us") uses text messages for account verification, login, and account security purposes. This page explains our current SMS practices and how marketing SMS would work if activated in the future.

Current Security & Account Messages

If you provide a mobile phone number to your account, you may receive one-time passcodes, login and account security alerts, and similar security-related messages tied to your account activity. These messages are separate from marketing or promotional messaging and are sent based on the phone number associated with your account, not through a separate marketing opt-in.

Marketing SMS Is Not Currently Active

Pura Research Labs LLC does not currently operate a marketing or promotional SMS program. We do not currently collect marketing SMS consent through account registration or any other current sign-up flow, and registration does not include a marketing SMS opt-in checkbox at this time.

If Marketing SMS Is Activated in the Future

If Pura Research Labs LLC introduces marketing or promotional SMS messaging in the future, we will collect appropriate consent — through a clear, affirmative, separate opt-in — before sending any marketing messages. At that time, we will disclose applicable message types, message frequency, message and data rate information, and opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) instructions in connection with that program. Marketing SMS consent will never be a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy of Mobile Information

Pura Research Labs LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent information to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
